It’s Green Time! Spring is around the corner. The hills and fields of California have turned green and St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow.
More important than green cash is our health. We have enjoyed several famous quotes around the idea that “our greatest wealth is our health.” And we know health and happiness go together!
Spring is a time of movement, so let’s spring to action. The front page story of the Contra Costa Times yesterday reported this headline:
“Moderate Exercise: Hiking, gardening, dancing, golf and bicycling…
Don’t sweat hour-plus workout;
Experts assure that half will do”
Building up to 30 minutes per day, five to six days a week. Breaking it up if necessary or desired into two 15 minutes segments. Budgeting the time. Finding time this weekend. Let’s get outside and enjoy the Green Time.
