Learning Resources: Grads Enter Uncertain Job Market
Learning Resources is our multimedia curriculum in which students can read real news stories as they listen to or watch the actual news broadcast, so they can follow along with the story. The text of the story is always presented as both the original transcript as well as an abridged version. We also provide a story outline. After they read the story, students can complete learning activities that test comprehension and sequencing, as well as a free-writing area.

For 6000 graduates at San Jose State this year, there's uncertainty as they enter one of the worst job markets in decades. When the class of 2003 entered college the future never looked brighter. But in the four years they've been here, the world outside has changed dramatically.
